8 Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (Memorandum No-4) on the Deregulation Bill: amendment in relation to tenancy deposit legislation (15 mins) NDM5589 Carl Sargeant (Alyn and Deeside) To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Deregulation Bill, relating to Chapter 4 of Part 6 of the Housing Act 2004 (Tenancy Deposit Schemes) in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
